About AIST
What AIST does โ and does not do
Written short, so anyone can understand AIST correctly in two minutes.
Who AIST is
Full name: AISVN Together Social Enterprise Joint Stock Company (AIST).
Founded by: a group of AISVN parents, with their own seed capital, in 2025.
Model: social enterprise โ no profit distribution; any surplus goes only to parents' common goals.
No fees from parents. Nobody pays to speak up, to get updates or to authorise.
Goal: a lawful focal point for AISVN parents when dealing with State agencies and other parties; and a plan to consider instead of just waiting.
How decisions are made: important matters need a majority of authorising parents; anyone who disagrees may withdraw at any time, losing no right.
What AIST does
Gathers parents' voices
Runs the AISVN Parents' Common Voice: records every parent's wish, publishes totals, files them with the competent authority.
Proposes a balance
Drafts and publishes one option for the parties (parents, owner, investors, regulators) to consider. AIST only proposes; each party decides for itself.
Reports regularly
Every two weeks: what is done, what is not, which agency replied. Figures are reconciled by an independent parent (not on AIST's board) before publication.
What AIST does not do
Does not act for the owner
Does not represent, speak for or decide on behalf of the owner or any other party.
Does not write off, reduce or swap anyone's debt
Has no power and no intention to change any parent's contract, claim or right to sue.
Does not carry out a restructuring
AIST is not an investor and does not run a school. Any restructuring is for the competent parties and those who voluntarily join.
Does not replace the State
Only requests and supplies figures; decisions belong to the authorities and the courts.
Promises no outcome
No promise of refunds or of reopening. Only transparency and doing exactly what was announced.
Publishes no names
Totals only. Names go to authorities only when the person allows it.
Where does AIST's money come from?
Seed capital from the founding parents. Running costs (website, lawyers, printing) are covered by the founders and volunteers; nothing is collected from other parents.
Income and spending are disclosed to authorising parents and independently audited when significant.
Any financial support (if any) to any other party must be approved by the board, confirmed by independent counsel and disclosed.

No need to agree with AIST to speak up
If you only want the State to clarify and supervise, speak up in the common programme. If you want updates from AIST, leave your email on the Contact page.
