1. Who manages the data
AISVN Together Social Enterprise Joint Stock Company (AIST). Personal data contact: info@aist.org.vn.
2. Data you send us
- Common Voice form: your name, email and the options you choose. How it is used and who can see it is stated on that page; your name is only included in the list sent to the authorities if you choose to allow it.
- Contact form: name, email, phone number (if given) and your message. Used to reply to you.
AIST does not sell or rent this data and does not share it with the school owner.
3. Page-view statistics (only with your consent)
If you click Accept on the notice at the bottom of the page, the website uses Google Analytics to count visits: pages viewed, time, device and browser type, approximate location (city, country) and referring page. This is not linked to your name or email and never includes what you type into forms.
AIST has turned off advertising features, ad personalisation and Google Signals; detailed data is kept by Google for at most 2 months. If you click Decline or make no choice, Google's code is not loaded.
4. Cookies
- tdsess – needed for forms to work securely (anti-forgery); deleted when you close the browser.
- _ga, _ga_… – Google Analytics, only set if you accept; expire after at most 6 months.
- Your Accept/Decline choice is stored in your own browser (not sent to our server).

5. Protecting data
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). In the website database, IP addresses are only stored as a hash to block automated submissions. Only designated administrators can see the data, through an admin area protected by two layers of passwords.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct or request deletion of your data and withdraw your consent. Write to info@aist.org.vn; AIST responds within the time limits set by law.
