AISVN Parents' Common Voice

The school was dissolved by Decision 3693/QĐ-UBND of 31 December 2025, yet parents still have no official information about its assets, records and the money already paid. This programme does one thing only: gather parents' voices to ask the State to clarify and supervise. No need to agree with AIST's proposal, give any authorisation, or choose any plan.

Setting the record straight

What is being said, and the facts
Some say: "AIST is lobbying parents to write off old debts or swap them for worthless shares."
Fact: This programme asks no one to write off, reduce, defer or swap any debt. Submitting here does not change your contract, your claim or your right to sue. Joining any restructuring plan is a separate, private choice for each family, made only when that family signs, with independent legal advice, under the law – nobody is "assigned" a plan for speaking up here.
Some say: "AIST is in league with the school owner."
Fact: AIST does not represent the owner, does not act in the owner's name and decides nothing on the owner's behalf. Any exchange with any party (including the owner) serves only to obtain information and put forward parents' demands, and is reported back to parents regularly. Every parent, including those who authorised AIST, keeps every right to complain, report or sue any party.
Some say: "It's all pie in the sky."
Fact: This programme promises no refund. It asks the State for five concrete, verifiable things (below): a multi-party meeting, a named focal point, inventory and supervision of assets and records, transparency on the debtor entity, and a published timeline. Each shows "done / not done" on this page and is updated every two weeks.
Some say: "AIST helps the owner move assets away."
Fact: The opposite. The first request on the list is to inventory, seal and supervise the school's assets and records in the presence of State agencies and parent representatives, so nothing is lost while the case is pending. The more parents ask together, the harder that supervision is to ignore.

Quick questions

I don't like AIST. Does filling this in mean I support AIST?

No. The form only records that you ask the State to meet, clarify and supervise. The published figures separately show how many respondents are "not part of AIST", so nobody can mistake this for an AIST headcount. You may also choose "prefer not to say" in question 3.

Does this affect my debt, my contract or my lawsuit?

No. The form is not a power of attorney or an agreement, and contains nothing about writing off, reducing, deferring or swapping debt. All your rights to complain, report or sue remain intact.

Why does AIST sign the written request?

A request needs a legal entity to be accepted and answered by the authorities. Any parent group is welcome to co-sign, and the anonymous totals are shared with every group that asks.

How is this different from AIST's restructuring plan?

The restructuring plan is a separate option that applies only to families who voluntarily join it, under legal procedure with independent counsel. This programme is common ground: asking the State to clarify and supervise, useful whatever path follows (meeting, mediation, court, bankruptcy or recovery proceedings).

Who can see my name and email?

Only two AIST data administrators. The site publishes totals only. Authorities receive names only from those who allowed it in question 7. Nothing is shared with any other third party.

What is the lookup code for?

To check, update or withdraw your entry and to receive notifications. It is not a membership number, not a power of attorney and unrelated to the order in which claims are settled.

How do I withdraw my entry?

Email info@aist.org.vn from the registered address with your code. The entry is removed within 3 working days and the published totals are updated.
