Fill in the Common Voice form: 2 required fields, get a lookup code. No need to join or agree with AIST.
Keep your records
Contracts, receipts, debt confirmations, correspondence with the school. Hand originals to no one, including AIST.

Every two weeks on this site, or by email if you tick that option on the form.
Why a parents' focal point?
State agencies, courts and investors cannot deal with hundreds of individuals. A legal entity founded by parents gives parents an address to send documents, receive replies and be invited to meetings.
That focal point does not speak for parents who have not authorised it, does not speak for the owner, and does not replace the authorities. Any parent group may set up its own; AIST shares aggregate figures with every group.
The balance AIST proposes
Only a proposal for the parties to consider. Each party decides for itself.
Pay nothing more. Choose to keep the debt as is, or convert it into rights in a new entity.
