AIST’S action plan for the coming week
Driven by that spirit, AIST is officially launching the next steps in a systematic – synchronized – and legally sound manner:
1. Submit an Official Petition to the HCMC Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee
- As: AIST Non-profit Social Enterprise (Legal Entity).
- Content: Requesting a review of the mediation role and the protection of educational consumer rights; Proposing support in connecting relevant stakeholders; Suggesting a transparent monitoring mechanism for the AISVN resolution process
2. Submit a Second Petition to the HCMC Department of Education and Training
- Separate submission - Avoid combining with other agencies
- Key focus: The rights of students currently affected; Addressing state management responsibilities in the current situation; Proposing emergency support plans
3. Submit a Second Petition to the HCMC People’s Committee
- Following the same principle: Separate submission – clear responsibility – specific content
- Key focus: Social impact of the case; The scale of financial loss for parents (trillions of VND); Proposing a city-level intervention mechanism
4. Engaging with Mainstream Media
AIST will proactively:
- Contact the 3 reputable and official press agencies.
- Prepare: Legal dossiers; Transparent data; Real-life stories from parents
Objective:
👉 To bring the matter to light with accuracy, verification, and responsibility

An individual can act. But an organization – if operated correctly – can create a greater, faster, and more sustainable impact.
